Per eliminar el biaix, farem el seg\u00fcent:<\/p><ul><li>Utilitzeu un llenguatge inclusiu en totes les ofertes de treball i oportunitats de voluntariat.<\/li><li>Implementar criteris d&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 estandarditzats basats en els m\u00e8rits, garantint que cap candidat sigui discriminat per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, ra\u00e7a, orientaci\u00f3 sexual, discapacitat o qualsevol altra caracter\u00edstica protegida.<\/li><li>Busquem activament reclutar entre grups poc representats per reflectir la diversitat de les comunitats a les quals servim, promovent un equip variat i din\u00e0mic.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3><strong>For\u00e7a laboral i lideratge divers<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ens dediquem a crear i mantenir una for\u00e7a de treball diversa a tots els nivells de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3.
