Les nostres pol\u00edtiques s&#039;apliquen per igual al consell d&#039;administraci\u00f3, a tots els empleats, a tots els voluntaris i a tot el personal associat i s&#039;apliquen en tot moment i a tots els llocs.<\/p><h3><strong>Objectiu de la pol\u00edtica<\/strong><\/h3><p>Aquesta pol\u00edtica t\u00e9 com a objectiu proporcionar un marc clar per garantir un entorn segur per a qualsevol persona activa a Iguality. En una situaci\u00f3 com aquesta, aquesta pol\u00edtica tamb\u00e9 descriu com el nostre Comit\u00e8 de Salvaguarda (que tamb\u00e9 es responsabilitza de les preocupacions sobre assetjament sexual) gestionar\u00e0 la situaci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Qualsevol infracci\u00f3 d&#039;aquesta pol\u00edtica es tractar\u00e0 com un problema greu i comportar\u00e0 la presa de mesures disciplin\u00e0ries, tal com es descriu a les &quot;Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies del comportament incompliment&quot; del nostre Codi de conducta.<\/p><h3><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3 de la pol\u00edtica<\/strong><\/h3><p>Qualsevol persona activa a Iguality coneix aquesta pol\u00edtica en unir-se a l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3.
